Ladies and Gents of Bristol!
On the 19th October 2011 at 19:30pm I will be hosting my second Pop Up Wine Tasting at a venue in the centre of Bristol. As we will (hopefully) be in Autumn by then, the theme is Pioneering Pinot Noir. There will be a selection of Pinot Noir’s from the New World, and as the grape is such a good match with Game, the nibbles are all Game themed also.#
We will start with a Sparkling Wine, then try 6 still Pinot Noirs from around the world while tucking into delicious cured meats and terrines.
To make sure that everyone’s glasses are topped up and there is plenty of food to go around, the suggested donation is £20. For this you will also get a full tasting booklet with helpful hints on how to professionally taste each of the wines. If you would like to book tickets, email me on ben@benaustin.co.uk
So, what will we be tasting?
